I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-4 days business days to ship out your order. If you need you order urgently please email us at splendidpartygoods@gmail.com and we try to accommodate your request.
Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Once your order ships- Please note, the customer is responsible to inspect their order and report any damages or any missing items within 7 days of receiving their order. Proof of damages must be provided via email. Any claims about damaged/missing goods after the 7 day inspection period will not be re-shipped.
If your unhappy with your purchase you can return within 15 days after received, but are responsible for shipping it back.  No refund after 15 days.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent you will need to email us about your issue in order to return the order after you receive it.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and provide the correct address. If the updated address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect address is submitted.

How long does shipping take?
we ship out the orders in 2-4 days shipping depends on the carrier option you select at checkout
